The hutch is good looking, sturdy and a perfect home for Guinea pigs ( a little too small for rabbits in my opinion) they find the ramp easy to climb up and down even though my pigs are still babies. A few bolts were not put on correctly and are hard to open and close and one bolt only had two out of four screws! The mesh does make it a little tricky to attach the water bottle but everything else is great quality and looks like it will last! I also bought the run that comes with it and that allows them to have a good run around too!

Hutch was really easy to put together and looks great in the garden. Lots of space for our bunnies but the problem is cleaning up the bottom of the run area! Why did no one think to put access at the rear? We have to physically move the hutch on a daily basis to clean the floor/grass area which is getting slightly annoying if anyone has advice I would be very grateful. I wish I had chosen a more practical hutch now.

This is a good hutch - good instructions until putting in the ramp. I found tray and trap door did not shut fully and a couple of roof screws missing. There was also a small chunk out of the roof. I made a complaint and got my postage refunded but over 2 months later screws haven't arrived! This was not the service I was expecting.

Absolutely delighted with this hutch, easily put together took hardly any time to do. Feels quite sturdy and look loads better than the rabbits old place. I've got 2 mini lops and it perfect for them, (got a separate run for when they need to stretch their legs). Super fast delivery and we also got the hutch cover which fits perfectly, is really thick and sure to keep the bunnies warm. So glad I bought from here!

I bought this hutch during the Christmas period, it arrived early January. The overall construction was ok but one of the hinges was broke. I live near various DIY stores but I contacted this firm because they supplied it. The lady was superb to communicate with via email and she requested a new hinge to be sent out happy days! A week later I received a slip from Royal Mail to go across town and collect a parcel because the incorrect amount of stamps have been used so I drove past B&Q and Screwfix to go and pick up a heavily damaged envelope with this new hinge inside and also had to pay £1.50 to the sorting office to receive it. I don't care about parting with the small amount of change but effectively my problem was left unsolved on the company's behalf because they wasted my time waiting a week for a new hinge which I could of rectified myself for a similar price. I was given an automated apology for the stamp issue but there was no real care for the whole ordeal so I won't be dealing with this firm again.

When you buy online, you dont know what you’re going to get and in this scenario I was pleasantly surprised! The hutch is really easy to build, the materials are actually great quality and it also looks really nice! I would recommend it in a heartbeat!

A really nice looking sturdy and robust hutch and really easy to assemble, I managed to do it quickly without any help. Good instructions and our bunny is now very happy in his new home! At first I wasn’t sure if rabbits could go up ramps, but he has no problems whatsoever. I really like this product and ive saved a considerable amount of money than buying it on the highstreet (…and it’s the first hutch we’ve bought and built!)

It took us about half an hour to put it all together and another 5 minutes to put it in its place i have never had a guinea pig before but i assure you that Jozie (our new guinea pig) is very happy.

I ordered this for my rabbit, and it's great. Very cosy and he seems much happier in it. It's strong, and the metal mesh on the hutch is much better than a usual hutch that ive seen. My rabbit chewed through the last one, it's impossible to do that on this. Over all it's great!

I purchased this hutch for my 1 year old medium sized rabbit. The delivery was average (couriers fault) and packaged very well with sheets of paper between each part to avoid damage. Assembly took around 30 minutes in total and was easy to follow but some parts were slightly fiddly. So far my rabbit is enjoying it. He loves running up and down the ramp! :) For guineapigs id say it would house around 3-4 ao its a good size. Good hutch Great value for money, recommended.!!!!

i have had this hutch for a few months and it has proven to be great quality. i currently have two rabbits in there and it is fine. The doors and tray make it very easy to clean and feed the rabbits. it also has a run which means my rabbits can choose when they want to play on the grass and i can close of the stairs at night so they dont go outside which i like.

I bought this hutch for my two guineas as they were previously living indoors. The hutch itself is easy to assemble(it took my partner 30mins to put it together) and provides a lot of space for two piggies to live in it comfortably. I've got quite a small garden so the run underneath the hutch allows them to run around without taking up too much space. Only negative is during heavy rain, sometimes water seeps through the roof and there are ridges on the hutch floor which makes cleaning the hutch out slightly difficult. Overall the hutch is a really good product and i would recommend as the value is good.

This hutch is pretty good. It is the second hutch i have bought from them, Rabbit Hutch Company and its 5 stars. Lots of space and great value for money. My guinea pig and rabbit love it. Very easy to build and the extra door on the side is welcomed.

We have two guinea pigs in this hutch and are very pleased with it. The size is great and the quality compared to others in local pet shops is exceptional! Very good value for money. Very well designed with the roof top opening, drawer pull out tray for easy cleaning etc. Might consider putting an extra lock on doors for extra security because lock does seem fairly insecure with foxes around. Would definitely recommend though!

Bought this hutch for our two guinea pigs who are very happy in their new surroundings. Very easy to clean with the pull out floor and lift up roof. Agree with the other reviews about the lock. We have bought a more secure lock but the hutch is excellent value.

Fast delivery. Excellent instructions, sturdy and well-made, just as you might expect when buying from this company (have bought before). Very easy to clean and flooring seems very durable, the trays are a must for cleaning. Bought for 3 medium sized old guineas who appreciate the upstairs space for indoor time, but after 2 months, have yet to use the ramp. I now keep it closed and transfer them downstairs manually, attach additional run to the front to increase exercise space. Really easy, works brilliantly. Would recommend, but be aware of potential ramp problems with piggies.

This is a superb hutch and my three rabbits love it. I keep them in it in the summer but in the cold winters i put them indoors in an indoor cage. It's a good cage but it has a slight resistance against rain and things like that and as a consequence of that it's partly letting in damp. Had it for years so quite pleased with performance.. Despite all this i still like it and i will be buying from the rabbit hutch company again. Thanks!
